Khow Yai Waterfall Samui is set in a beautiful peaceful location. Amongst the lush forest and jungle, you hike to the waterfall over rocky boulders and a very narrow flight of steps. Cooling pools to take a dip from the heat and humidity.

There are two levels to the Wang Sao Waterfall. Both of the levels are signposted. A small natural pool for cooling off is at the base of the fall and is a much-needed welcome from Samui’s heat and humidity.

Hin Lad Waterfall Samui is a serene place best visited during the rainy season. To reach the top of the waterfall should take about 20 – 30 mins depending on your fitness levels. Fabulous opportunity for photos before you descend from the jungle surroundings.

Climbing to the Tartain Waterfall Samui is small signs guiding you to level nine. It’s a tough climb and can be a little slippy. Despite the challenging climb, there are some beautiful views and once at the waterfall for some great photo opportunities.

Mae Nam Beach Samui a good option to be away from tourist areas but also close enough to the action. Fisherman’s Village is a five-minute drive and a 15-minute drive will take you to Chaweng.

West coast is the picturesque Lipa Noi Beach Samui. Conveniently close to the Islands main car ferry pier to the mainland. With shallow water at the shoreline ideal for families and children. There is plenty of shade from the coconut trees lining the beach

Located north-western corner of the island is Bang Por Beach Samui. Nathon to its south and Mae Nam to the east. Sunsets are stunning this side of the Island. Bang Por Beach Samui stretches for four kilometres with views of Koh Phangan.

Located on the east coast of the island Lamai Beach has breathtaking sunrises. The morning skies on the beach are a photographers dream. The locals can be seen shelling early mornings on the beach. The beach is popular for early morning joggers and swimmers.

Wat Kunaram Temple
Wat Kunaram Samui houses the body of the mummified monk. The Loung Pordaeng Samui’s famous mummified monk is encased in glass at the Wat Kunaram Temple.

Wat Kiri Wongkaram
The monk’s body is displayed in a sealed glass case. The decomposition of the body did not occur after his death and it has remained in a mummified condition for decades. The hair and the fingernails of the mummified Luang Por continue to grow.
