During the day the beaches are busy with tourists taking advantage of amazing coastline in the Gulf of Thailand. The Crystal clear waters and soft sandy beaches attract visitors from across the globe. The hotels in Samui have exclusive beach areas for their guests. They welcome customers to use the facilities if they purchase food or drink. Wi-fi is readily available along the beaches from the numerous hotels and guesthouses. Thrill seekers are not disappointed with the watersports on offer on Koh Samui east beaches. Cooked on homemade barbeques the beach vendors tempt you with chicken and fresh corn on the cob. The busier beaches may have DJs performing from morning to evening.

Night-Time East Koh Samui

The main theme at night on Koh Samui east side is a party vibe. Chaweng’s main beach is alive with the party-goers enjoying nightly DJs and dancers performing for the crowds. The Fire dancers and acrobats display their art on the ocean shore. The beach vendors sell everything from chicken to manicure sets. Lamai beach has the party vibe but not as excessive as Chaweng’s nightlife. Bars can stay open in the popular areas until 6 am in the morning. Most of the nightclubs are based in the popular Chaweng Area. Located between Lamai and Chaweng is Chaweng Noi. The area of Chaweng Noi is a sedate nightlife with restaurants and beaches transformed into intimate dining experiences. The party vibe in Chaweng Noi at The Beach Bar Koh Samui. Numerous bars line the streets of Koh Samui East from intimate to Karaoke bars.

Temples Koh Samui East

The Wat Lamai Temple Folklore Museum is located on the ring road 4160 in central Lamai. The Lamai temple is a historic place of worship central to the local community. The visiting tourists have the opportunity to explore the temple and the Lamai museum in the temple grounds. Discover a rich history and see artifacts preserved for many generations.

The Wat Khao Hua Juk Pagoda stands majestically on the hillside of northern Chaweng. There is stunning scenery with 360-degree views including the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan. The Chaweng temple houses statues and a replica of Buddha’s Footprint.
