Rock Bar Koh Samui

Situated next to Hin Ta and Hi Yai Rocks is Rock Bar Koh Samui. At Hin Ta and Hin Yai Grandmother and Grandfather Rocks, the bar is on the left down a narrow path. Next door to the bar is Thai Cooking Classes. Parking is 20 Baht for any length of stay. Approaching the bar is a market selling clothes crafts fruit souvenirs and homemade ice-cream. A children’s playground is at the entrance to the bar. Follow the small pathway into Rock Bar.

Driftwood

Rock Bar Koh Samui is built of driftwood and bamboo from the surrounding forest and ocean. Debris washed ashore has been used to decorate Rock Bar Koh Samui. Cleverly designed on and around the rocks the bar has a small private beach. Bob Marley memorabilia adorns the wooden walls and beams. Small platforms with soft furnishing and quaint tables are the perfect spot to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the busier tourist areas. Cocktails and beers are served alongside delicious food made to order. The private beach is perfect to take a dip from the heat of the day.

Evenings at Rock Bar Koh Samui

Fairy lights and candles illuminate Rock Bar Hua Thanon when the sun sets. Sounds of Reggae music playing and a barbecue on the private beach. Relaxing vibe with amazing views of the surrounding area. Do not expect photos of stunning sunsets from here but the sky and ocean are worth the snaps from here.
